DAVID has enjoyed a 33 year career working in Financial Services at Aviva. He was a founder member of the Business Analysis Practice when it was formed within Aviva IT and had two terms as the Practice Lead. He has worked on numerous large change programmes and has been heavily involved in building the capability of Business Analysis within the organisation over the last decade. After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 2010 at the age of 43 David gravitated toward training and development of others. Since 2015 David has been developing a series of seminars focussing on his recent experiences following his diagnosis and regularly speaks on the positive power of change both on a professional and personal basis.

Maike werkt bij Squerist, een consultancy bedrijf van ruim 100 medewerkers gespecialiseerd in business transformation, software testing en security. In de functie van Procesconsultant adviseert ze uiteenlopende bedrijven over het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen en datakwaliteit. Maike zet tekenen in voor het visualiseren van processen, voor het communiceren over processen èn voor haar analyses. Daarnaast geeft ze workshops zakelijk tekenen aan collega’s en opdrachtgevers en illustreert ze boeken en websites.

Aanvankelijk een 'techneut', is hij overgestapt van ICT ontwikkeling naar procesanalyse en modelleren van de behoeften van de organisatie. Altijd op zoek om de brug te slaan tussen de wereld van grenzeloze technische mogelijkheden en nuchtere bedrijfswaarden.
