David Beckham

David Beckham has enjoyed a 33 year career working in Financial Services at Aviva. He was a founder member of the Business Analysis Practice when it was formed within Aviva IT and had two terms as the Practice Lead. He has worked on numerous large change programmes and has been heavily involved in building the capability of Business Analysis within the organisation over the last decade. After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 2010 at the age of 43 David gravitated toward training and development of others. Since 2015 David has been developing a series of seminars focussing on his recent experiences following his diagnosis and regularly speaks on the positive power of change both on a professional and personal basis.

Annemarie Steen

Annemarie Steen is eigenaresse van SteenTrain, een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het ontwerpen en uitvoeren van effectieve trainingen op het gebied van leiderschap, creativiteit en innovatie. Haar kenmerkende ‘playful learning’ methodologie zorgt ervoor dat deelnemers op speelse wijze uitgenodigd worden om hun comfortzone te verlaten; “Because it is outside of our comfortzone, where learning takes place”. Annemarie is ook senior faculty bij THNK, School of Creative Leadership in Amsterdam en al zes jaar verbonden als gastdocente aan de Estonian Business School in Tallinn, waar ze gewaardeerd werd met de prijs voor ‘best visiting lecturer’ door haar MBA studenten. Annemarie sprak op TEDxTallaght in Dublin in 2014 en wordt regelmatig gevraagd als spreker op diverse leiderschaps conferenties.
